Under construction
Elva Villas Complex N2
A second complex is taking shape near the first one. The villas will be for rent, not for sale, and open for bookings once they are finished.
Renderings
The vision
Three kinds of villas around shared gardens, drawn in the same language as Complex N1: pitched roofs, stone walls, timber slats and marble inside, each with a pool of its own.
The smaller villas
A row of compact two storey villas with the bedroom upstairs, a living room that opens to the garden, and a private pool.
Two Bedroom villas
For families and friends: two bedrooms, a terrace on the upper floor and a larger pool.
The big villa
The largest house of the complex with a rooftop for sunsets, a wide pool deck and a kitchen made for long dinners.
Renderings by the architects. Details can change during the build.
